TCU: Rees-Jones Hall

Rees-Jones Hall Reservation Spaces

The Incubator Lab

The Incubator Lab is an interdisciplinary space for the collaboration and generation of ideas and projects. This room may be used for events or meetings that require a space to foster new ideas or planning. To facilitate this work, beyond the standard technological features found in Rees-Jones, there are also writeable walls surrounding the space. Reservations can be made for single-day or multi-day use, such as a three-day event, allowing users to leave their work up overnight, and for this reason reoccurring events such as classes or department meetings cannot be scheduled in the Incubator Lab.

Review the Incubator Lab Guidelines and make a reservation.

The Global Seminar Room

The Global Seminar room allows users to connect with others by using video conferencing software, such as Skype, with a hardwired connection for less delay whether with someone across Fort Worth or across the globe. In addition, the tiered arrangement seats up to 30 people, which allows every person to have a desk space and a good view on one of the two front displays. Reservations can be made for single-day or multi-day use, and for this reason reoccurring events such as classes or department meetings cannot be scheduled in the Global Seminar room.

Review the Global Seminar Room Guidelines and make a reservation.

The Atrium of Rees-Jones Hall

The Atrium of Rees-Jones Hall can also be reserved for events ranging from an informal gathering between proceedings in other reserved rooms to a sit-down formal dinner seating about 80 people. Food and drink are allowed in the Atrium; however, it is recommended that the location for food and drink arrangement be discussed with the confirmation of the reservation to ensure it does not interfere with academic activities or other reservations.
